Community Service: Gresham Art Walk
We have a community service opportunity for the unit.
When: Sat, July 19
Time: Shift A = 0745 - 1300 Shift B = 1300 - 1800
Uniform of the Day: Charlies (red National tee tucked in, khaki belt, shorts/jeans)
Meeting Spot: corner of 3rd & Main in downtown Gresham in front of Sunny Hans restaurant
# of YMs Needed: 15-20 each shift (or combination of YMs/parents)

We will be helping set up tables, chairs, umbrellas, and barricades (set-up and tear down). We will also be patrolling the Downtown area for garbage and recycling throughout the day in the area of approx. 1st St - 5th St down Main St and accompanying areas of 1st-5th. The YMs will be in pairs and under adult supervision. We will also help in the Kids Art Tent.
Lunch to be provided by Sunny Hans restaurant to all YMs and parents free of charge.
Plenty of water provided by the event!
Anyone bucking for Lance Corporal NEEDS 50+ hours of community service!!! This is a fantastic opportunity to get hours in.
